目的:探讨开腹胆囊切除术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的胆囊结石患者122例,根据治疗方法将其随机分为腹腔镜手术组与开腹手术组,对比两组患者的术中、术后临床资料与并发症情况。结果:腹腔镜手术组患者的术中出血量比开腹手术组显著减少(P<0.05),平均手术时间显著缩短(P<0.05)。腹腔镜手术组患者的术后排气时间、下床活动时间、平均住院时间与开腹手术组相比,均显著缩短(P<0.05),镇痛泵使用率显著降低(P<0.05)。腹腔镜手术组患者术后切口感染、呼吸道感染、腹腔感染、肾功能不全的发生率与开腹手术组相比,均明显降低(P<0.05)。讨论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术比传统手术具有手术时间短、出血量低、创伤小、恢复快、并发症较少的优点,是手术治疗胆囊结石的首选方式。

objective:to study the open cholecystectomy with laparoscope cholecystectomy treat cystic stone clinical value.Methods: selecting the cystic and calculous patients treated from 122 cases, patients were randomly divided into treatment according to the laparoscopic surgery and open surgery,compared to two groups of patients perioperative and postoperative clinical data and complications situation.Results:patients with laparoscopic surgical decompression of the amount of bleeding compared with open surgery was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the mean operation time was significantly shortened(P<0.05).Laparoscopic surgery patients postoperative exhaust time,off the bed activity time,mean length of hospital stay compared with open surgery were significantly shortened(P<0.05),analgesia pump utilization rate significantly reduced(P<0.05).Laparoscopic surgery patients after surgery incision infection,respiratory infections,and abdominal cavity infection, renal insufficiency and the incidence of the surgical operation were significantly lower than(P<0.05).Discussion:laparoscopic cholecystectomy, compared with the traditional surgery has shorter operation time,amount of bleeding low,small trauma,quick recovery,fewer complications of advantages,it is the gall bladder calculi surgery preferred manner.
